After you select a time for our marketing consultation, you’ll be redirected to our Seller Intake Form. Please take your time completing this so that we can be fully prepared for our meeting.

Step 2

Getting Your Home Ready

Homeowners usually have last minute things to do before showing their home to the public. This may include decluttering, deep cleaning, touch-up paint, minor repairs, etc... Once these items are clear we're ready for professional photography & video before we hit the market!

Step 3

Reviewing Offers

When you receive one or more offers on your property, we will rank them based on your priorities and help you analyze, clarify, and compare your offers.

Step 4

Inspections & Appraisal

Most buyers request a home inspection & appraisal to assess the condition and value of the property. During this period repairs may be negotiated depending on the terms of the contract.

Step 5

Closing Day

We made it! The house is empty, trucks are loaded, and movers exhausted. Today we sign some documents to transfer ownership to the new buyer and your next chapter begins.
